I was once a troubled teen myself, which led to later struggles with addiction. Despite being raised in a loving home with supportive family members, I experienced trauma from outside sources that affected my path. I truly understand where you are in your life right now.

With my personal experience and certifications in Trauma, Compassion, and Mindfulness, I can help guide you toward a healthier future.

I have experience guiding group meditations in Intensive Outpatient Therapy programs and bring my services directly to you throughout Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties (other locations available with custom quote).

While I prefer face-to-face sessions due to the sensitive nature of youth work, online sessions are available by request.
