We understand that life happens, so if you need to cancel an individual session, you’ll receive a full refund with at least 5 days’ notice. For cancellations closer to the session, the initial payment is nonrefundable and helps us cover the costs of holding your reserved time. Cancellations for group sessions or subscriptions are eligible for a full refund minus $100 to help us cover the costs of holding your reserved time with at least 7 days’ notice.
